Important: These terms of service constitute a legal agreement governing your use of the RSVPlanner mobile application. By using our application, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance and Approval
This terms of service ("Terms") constitutes the legal agreement between the RSVPlanner mobile application ("Application") and you. By downloading and using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Definition
2.1 Services Offered
RSVPlanner application offers the following services:
- Invitation Creation: Wedding, engagement and special event invitation design
- Template Library: Ready invitation templates and customization options
- Guest Management: Guest list creation and RSVP tracking
- Event Calendar: Wedding schedule and reminders
- Sharing: Sharing via social media and messaging apps
2.2 Purchase Model
- Free Usage: View templates and access basic features
- Basic Plan: Basic invitation features with one-time purchase
- Premium Plan: Advanced invitation features with one-time purchase
- Standard Plan: Mid-level invitation features with one-time purchase
Important: Our application does not have a subscription system. Each invitation template or feature is purchased as a separate item.
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 In-App Purchase
- Payments are made through Apple App Store payment system
- Currency and pricing are managed by Apple App Store
- All payment transactions are processed instantly
- VAT and tax calculations are made by App Store
4.2 Purchase Model
- One-Time Purchase: Each invitation template is purchased separately
- No Subscription: Our application does not have auto-renewing subscription system
- Cancellation: Purchased items are permanent and cannot be cancelled
